Options to suit your lifestyle and schedule

We have so many options for you to choose from to ensure training fits in with your life!

All sessions are booked via the mindbody app to ensure we never have more than 8 people training per session. You can book as far ahead as you like and can cancel outside of 9 hours.

To get started you will do our 21 Day Experience.   There are no obligations to stay on after your 21 Days (although 90% of people do).

If you want to book the first part of our 21 Day Experience you can do so HERE. 

Session times include 430am, 530am, 630am, 730am, 12pm, 5pm, 530pm, 6pm during the week and we also have Saturday morning sessions 6am, 7am, 815am, 915am And Open gym times daily.  For the full, current timetable click below onto the link and search ‘the wild movement’, making sure your location settings are correct.
