We started The Wild Movement to be the antithesis of a regular commercial gym. Personal, positive, accepting, grounded and holistic.

Our gym is unlike any other you’ve seen or been to before. Inspired by nature, we designed it so you can train like we used to. In the wild amongst nature. No mirrors, no treadmills and no plain walls.

Customised training

Our expert and professional coaches look after your needs and cater to individualised programming in a group setting.

1. Pack training

All of our signature Pack Strength and Pack Skill sessions are capped at a maximum of 8 members. This ensures individuality of programming and coaching in a 4:1 ratio for technical lifts so you keep progressing as though you were in a traditional one on one personal training session. The added advantage is that you get the positive vibes from other Pack members too.

2. No lock in contracts

All training has the option for no contract. There is an option for people that want to commit for 6 months at a time. We are happy to discuss options.

3. When you can train

Sessions are early mornings (starting from 4:30am, 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am), 12pm and  early evening (starting at 5pm, 6:00pm).
