Train with us

Safe, Smart Programming and coaching to help you progress. We do this in groups of 8 people or less and you can learn to master your bodyweight with Pack Skill or get stronger, fitter and more mobile with Pack Strength.

1. Pack training

All of our signature Pack Strength (Barbell) and Pack Skill (Calisthenics / Gymnastics) sessions are capped at a maximum of 8 members.

People that train with us do so because they value safe yet smart, progressive strength training.

We are the best at individualising variables for members within our small group sessions so whether you have an injury you are recovering from, no training background, or a seasoned pro we can help you.

We have over 55 sessions per week for you to choose from.

All members start with us in our 21 Day Experience. 

2. No lock in contracts

All training options have just a 3 week notice period to stop or a 2 week notice to pause.

3. When you can train

Sessions start at 430 AM and we have our last session finishing at 7 PM. We also have open gym times each day and lunch time sessions.
